The Finance Committee considered SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR                                                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 230 "An Act establishing the film office in the                                                                 
Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development;                                                                    
and creating a transferable tax credit applicable to certain film                                                               
production expenditures incurred in the state" and recommended it be                                                            
replaced with                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
            CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE                                                                                
            BILL NO. 230(FIN) "An Act establishing the film                                                                     
            office in the Department of Commerce, Community,                                                                    
            and Economic Development; creating a transferable                                                                   
            tax credit applicable to certain film production                                                                    
            expenditures incurred in the state; and providing for
